All motorway company websites offer real time traffic updates and relevant information, traffic updates and news on exceptional events following accidents or due to difficult weather conditions. Some companies provide images from the cameras located along the motorway, particularly at critical points.

The AISCAT website - the National Association of Italian Motorway Companies - in the section devoted to its associates, lists all the relevant websites and provides a link to their homepage.

Some Motorway Companies rely on the service offered by Viaggiando, through the Traffic Information Centre, to provide information and traffic updates on the road network of reference, available in Italy by calling the number 800996099.

With a view to providing motorists with real time traffic updates and information on planned road works, Società Autostrade Alto Adriatico has created an Rss feed that can be downloaded from our website upon registration, to receive updates and details on the main news concerning the motorway section run by the Company. All information in real time on the road can be received via e-mail (for FREE, in Italian and in English) by registering in the "Personal Area"section of the website www.infoviaggiando.it.

The application provides real-time traffic information (available in english and italian) about any news and ordinances issued by the Road Operators, and it allows you to plan your entire road trip by consulting traffic forecasts and restrictions imposed on the A4 Venezia-Trieste, the A4 Mestre bypass, the A4 Padova-Brescia, the A23 Palmanova-Udine, the A28 Portogruaro Conegliano, the A34 Villesse-Gorizia and the A57 Mestre ring road.

Two-week-ahead traffic forecast. Each traffic event has its own colour:
yellow - heavy traffic, possibility of congestion;
red - very heavy traffic, delays/congestion;
black - traffic congestion, long delays/queues.

Two-week-ahead traffic restriction timetable for heavy vehicles (over 7.5 tonnes) and oversize loads. Each traffic restriction has its own colour:

red - oversize loads
